Ok guy's newbie.gif here. And need some help with Xmail.

My system setup.

Apache2traid with Xmail
Windows XP
I'm behind a router.

I'm on the cox network and they block outbound and inbound port 25 or something. So that brings us to my problem.

I'm trying to send mail from a form on my site. I spent the hole weekend learning the php code to do so (very proud of my self) anyway when I send the email threw the form my php page tells me that everything is ok and the email has been sent. But no email in my inbox so I went in to the Apache CP and looked at the smtp log and it shows the email was sent. But no email in my inbox down.gif

Could this have something to do with my isp cox.net and if so how do I fix the problem?

Thanks for any help

If this has something to do with my ISP is there a work around? Like I did for the web server with dyndns to forward to a different port?

I would say yes. Most likely your mail is using port 25 and as you point out, your ISP is blocking it. You could use somebody else's email server as a smart host I think and on a different port....

Good luck.
