Hi,
I am hosting some mail domains for several customers. Now a customer has requested to enable TLS, because he is having some problems with receiving emails. His recipients are getting the following error message: "TLS not available: connect failed." Should I just enable this setting? What about other customers... will they have problems when they do not use TLS? Below the settings about TLS from the server.tab file: #"SMTP-TLS" "0" #"EnableCTRL-TLS" "1" #"EnableSMTP-TLS" "1" #"EnablePOP3-TLS" "1" Do I have to change these in: "SMTP-TLS" "1" #"EnableCTRL-TLS" "1" "EnableSMTP-TLS" "1" #"EnablePOP3-TLS" "1" Thanks for your answers? I just read in another post that TLS is automatically enabled in Xmail 1.24, so looking at these settings I have TLS enabled.
My customer has problems with recipients who do NOT support TLS. Am I right? So the question is: should I DISABLE the TLS setting? Anybody have any ideas on this? Thx, Dennieku |

Sorry for my bad english. With "recipients" I mean the "senders" of the email messages.
