Before running release 1.6:

Adapt line 60,61,63,64 to your path.
ALL path strings must be enclosed in ' not in ".

So e.g. change
my $outputFilePath = "c:/MailRoot/xmailstats/";
to
my $outputFilePath = 'c:/MailRoot/xmailstats/';

Start the script e.g. with
xmailstats.pl 2002 html stat.html
