My requirement need to specify user policy base on sender

Ex.
user A: A@tt.com send mail to hotmail.com by xmail server --> mail relay A --> hotmail.com
user B: B@tt.com send mail to hotmail.com by xmail server --> mail relay B --> hotmail.com

It can possible or not?
