Mailproc.tab, mail doesn't get delivered

i use the following line (just this one line) in a mailproc.tab for 1 of my accounts:

CODE

"external" "0" "5" "/share/HDA_DATA/optware/opt/bin/php" "/share/HDA_DATA/.qpkg/XDove/xmail/var/MailRoot/scripts/automail.php" "@@FILE"

The unfortunate thing is that the mail doesn't get processed by my external script. (this script should create a ticket in my osticket system) but it doesn't deliver anything...

could someone tell me if this line is correct??
