I have got a staic IP , but a found a solution :

To relay all the mail through a extrnal smtp server , you must do the following.
Look for the file smtpfwd.tab in the xmail directory and add the following line :

"*"[TAB]"external.smtp.server" in my case it is

"*"[TAB]"mail.onsneteindhoven.nl"

The enable user authentication you must make a file in the userauth/smtp/ directory called
fully-qualified-name.tab.

In this file you must add the following line :
"PLAIN"[TAB]"username"[TAB]"password"

In my case I have made a file called mail.onsneteindhoven.nl.tab with the following line in it

"LOGIN"[TAB]"jeroen"[TAB]"test1234"

All the mail that I send is now forwarded through the external mail server.
