There is an update for AV filter from Peter Lindemann. Get it at

http://www.lindeman.org/filters.html

Now when the message with detected virus is deleted and not frozen like in previous versions.

There is a new version of AV filter (linux).

QUOTE
17-04-2003 Version 1.5

- Changed the format of the X-AV-Scanned header slightly
- Added logging (thanks to the SpamAssassin filter by Don Drake), therefore there is new setting
in the checkvirus.cfg You have to add the following lines :

# Enable logging
our $enableLogging = 1;

# Here you define the path to the logdirectory of XMail
our $XMAIL_LOG_PATH="/var/MailRoot/logs";

Get it at http://www.lindeman.org/filters.html
