There are two changes, pretty big:

- DNS resolver code completely changed

I Needed to cleanup the DNS code by a long time, and this is the time

- Use custom stack for threads #if NTPL

NTPL uses a whopping 8MB of VM area for each thread, and this limits the
maximum number of threads on a 32 bit 3G/1G split, to about 350. Pretty

It is running fine ATM on xmailserver.org, but xmailserver.org is on a 2.4
no-NPTL setup.
