When I click on the STOP button I get nice message on the bottom Stopping Xmail, please wait. It takes a while and then when it is stopped (I have checked it on my linux directly with ps -All) I still get status in xqmagent that Xmail is running. So I need to restart XQM to get good status of the server. But after then I try to start it but no success. I get nice message that it is starting xmail server and when it was done I have again check it directly on my linux box and gues what, it was not running. and like I have told earlier also restart function isn't working because when you defrost messages it wants to restart server but it only shut it down without starting it back again.

Please test
http://xmail.marketmix.com/preview/xqmagent_linux.tgz
and let me know the result.

The prob only occured when you used a forced mailroot or when your MAIL_ROOT environment variable was not visible in the Agent's context. Starting and restarting the server is now done the save way via XMail's startscript.

This requires the full path to your startscript in /etc/xqmagent.xonf
E.g. STARTSCRIPT=/etc/rc.d/init.d/xmail

A fixed XQM version will follow.
