Changes:

Enhanced Exporter interface with
- free defineable field seperator
- free defineable field quote char
- choose to export column names or not

ToDo:
- Make exporter remember his settings.

Pre02 is available under the same URL.

Changes:
- Exporter remembers the settings of its last successful export.

Pre03 is available under the same URL.

Changes:
- Exporter remembers last file path. This saves time, when exporting to a list processing software.
- New exporter option 'strip <> from addresses'
