Hi Guys,
So, I've got a CentOS 5.5 server running XMail 1.27 My client sent out an email this morning with ~20 BCC addresses on it, number 13 or so had a bad address '<@>' watching the TCP stream it looks something like this (domains obscured for obvious reasons) 220 MyDomain.com <1291646179.1085192512@MyDomain.com> [XMail 1.27 ESMTP Server] service ready; Mon, 6 Dec 2010 09:36:19 -0500 EHLO MyDomain.com 250-MyDomain.com 250-VRFY 250-ETRN 250-8BITMIME 250-PIPELINING 250-AUTH LOGIN PLAIN CRAM-MD5 250 SIZE 51200000 AUTH PLAIN AGNoYXJ0ZXJpbmdAZ2lic29uLmNhAGNmYm9xMQ== 235 Authentication successful MAIL FROM:<me@MyDomain.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<chartering@xxxxx.se> 250 OK RCPT TO:<info@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<Chartering@xxxxx.Com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<Houston@xxxxx.us> 250 OK RCPT TO:<london@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<atlantic@xxxxx.bm> 250 OK RCPT TO:<chart@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<werner@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<ferris@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<chart@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<match@xxxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<info@xxxx.com> 250 OK RCPT TO:<@> 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments: (-132) RCPT TO:<chartering@xxx.de> 503 Bad sequence of commands RCPT TO:<chartering@xxxx.com> 503 Bad sequence of commands RCPT TO:<chartering@xxxx.gr> 503 Bad sequence of commands RCPT TO:<chartering@xxxx.com> Does anyone know of a way to ask XMail to continue after an error? is there a way to tell it to reject the bad address but continue processing RCPT TO's ?
