Hi,
I want to configure squirrelmail for web frontend for xmail server. Is this possible? Where can I can the documentation for the same? Regards Ajay Rathod. |

You have link to documents explaining it on the very own XMail website.
Be aware that you will need to install an IMAP server to be able to use Squirrelmail. |

I had gone through the process as mentioned on website, but have anybody configured Squirrelmail for Xmail server. I just want to know that whether it is working fine or not. Becuase I already have Uebimiau Webmail for Xmail server but want to migrate to Squirrelmail for some advanced featrures. So any Idea of Xmail compatability with squirrelmail?

Hi,
I have installed DB-Mail on my xmail server do anybody know how this service is started manually? Because I installed Dbmail and Squirrelmail on my Linux box. But still webmail doesnt works. |

I have got squirrelmail working with xmail and dovecot. It is working sweet after some initial probs with permissions. Then I had a problem with relay control: xmail wasn't letting me send mail to external domains, because I had squirrelmail configured to use localhost as the smtp server, instead of using the ipaddress of the server. Using the ip address worked, I'm guessing this has to do with smtprelay.tab and how squirrel was connecting to xmail.
