No - I'm not an answering script ... Group: Admin Posts: 6631 Member No.: 195 Joined: 19-June 02	This is platform independent. Just copy to your "Xmail Queue Manager" folder and verify the parselib version in the info dialog of XQM's GUI. The parse.lib contains all diagnosis pattern necessary for spoolfile analysis. The kbase folder contains the corresponding knowledgebase articles. File attached.
