hi all,
i'm running uebimiau 2.7.2ww2 version and one of my users is experiencing some problems receiving the PDF files. The file becomes corrupted and can't be opened. The sender seems to be using exchange server 5.5, and i'm not sure if that's the problem. However, if i use outlook to retrieve the email from the email server, those attachments(PDF) are readable. Problems only happen when using uebimiau. i've tried to use the 2.7.8 version and it didn't help. I also did several email testsending pdf files to my user, and they are okay and readble. Any ideas, help, suggestion are greatly appreciated. thank tou |

This looks like UebiMiau or even browser problem since it doesn't matter if user uses exchange. UebiMiau is on your server and connecting to your server. Did you try to open with different browsers eg.: IE, Mozilla, Opera...?

As NomadCF mentioned, the size is also important since there is a setting in php.ini for max size which is by default 2 MB (I think).

The file wasn't big at all, they are no more than 100KB. I've increased the upload and memory size limit long ago, and the problem only exist on PDF file.....
