HI,

I installed xqmagent.
Moved the .conf to /etc/

and also added:

this line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local

export MAIL_ROOT="/var/MailRoot"

However, when I try to start XQM, I receive an error:
Environment variale MAIL_ROOT not found!
Please make sure that you export MAIL_ROOT.

So what am I missing???

Yes that's why I have told you to run export first from your console:

$export MAIL_ROOT=/your/path/to/MAilRoot

and then

$/pathtoxqmagent/xqmagent
