Any chance of running the queue manager on OS X (with X11 installed)?

Checked things out: unfortunately there is bug in the listcontrol of the underlying GUI framework (wxWidgets).

Basically the code runs without X11. But as soon as you query it quits back to the command prompt and yields a 'Bus Error' .. It's a known issue and the developer is working on it. So time will tell ...
