I think the standard should be an empty diagnosis field for such messages. Otherwise you loose overview, since you never know if you expect an error or not. Anyway if you definately want this setting, create a file named parse_usr.lib with the following content: Spoolfile.slog:^\[PeekTime.?\n\[PeekTime:SENDING_OR_FILTER_ISSUE Hit [ENTER] at the end of this line. The userlib overwrites all settings in parse.lib. So you're free to create your own tags and rules. Royal XQM Beta Tester Group: Members Posts: 148 Member No.: 481 Joined: 5-March 03	Thanks for that parse_usr.lib info. I just wanted to use it while I am looking for SLOGs for you. The spam filter I am using it grabbing hundreds of spam emails a day and It was talking ages to go through them to check if they are stoped by the filter or Xqm wasnt displaying the error info. Feature idea: Ability to select which xmail server you want to connect to. I noticed XMail administrator had this feature. Not any use for me yet, thought it might be useful to other people working in a multi server enviroment.

What do you think about reading 20 mails and sending them to the GUI? An incremental approach. Regards, chabral

Chabral, thanks for the info. 211 messages is not very much. I get approx 300 messages from my Linux notebook (SUSE 8.1, Pentium 500, 256 MB RAM) in 5 seconds. The host here is a Win2K station with 1.5 GHz AMD and 756 MB RAM. I'll reduce stress on the Agent's side by limiting the no. of threads in one of the next releases. Newbie Group: Members Posts: 9 Member No.: 527 Joined: 10-April 03	Well, I see that your notebook if faster than my server :) My Pentium Pro 200Mhz is something like a Celeron 400Mhz in performance (as fas as I know) It's also a dhcp, dns, www, firewall, ntp, antivirus and mail server to 30 very active hosts :) Maybe your notebook is under less stress :) I'll test it. It sorts stuff randomly rather than grouping all frozen, sending, resending messages together. This seems to be the same for all columns. They dont sort correctly any more. I totaly removed Xqm earlier versions before installing this one.

I was at least 20mins trying to query the agent (with about 230 queued messages). I'm new to this software, so I'd like to know: is this open source? If you are interested in wxWindows and wxPython, check the references at http://xmail.marketmix.com .
