Hi

I've got an interesting issue. I've been reporting several AUTH=EFAIL:TYPE=LOGIN errors while sending mails. The sender is an Sql server Mail agent, but I can't understand while mails are delivered ok, an error is reported. So I captured a TCP session to review process. Can someone explain why is reporting error?

I've ofuscated a bit personal data.

Sender tries to authenticate and it fails (bad username or password). But because the recipicient is in domain handled by server, there's no authentication needed, e-mail for local domains is accepted from anyone by default.
