I have set up xmail all works fine but the system is only generating logs for
pop3, smail, smtp there is no log for ctrl.
I have used the following line to turn logging on:
XMAIL_CMD_LINE="-Pl -Sl -Ql -Yl -Fl -Cl -Ll -SX 1 -Qn 1 -Yt 1 -Yi 300 -Ln 1 -PX 1 -CX 1"

I have set up xmail several times before and never had this problem have spent days trying to figure what I have done differently.
any help greatly appreciated. wacko.gif

You've successfully logged into the xmail server on the control
port and no log is created?

Can you give us more details about your setup?
your command line looks ok to me, but Ive never tried
setting the thread values to 1

I have set it up on a synology NAS server this is the 5th time I have setit up on these servers I have not done anything different the command line is the same as I have used before and I have never had a problem with the system generating a ctrl log. It is generating pop3 smtp and smail with no problems I have compared everything in two systems and they are identical.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
