| Hello, I send a weekly newsletter to 16.000 people. I use mail bomber to send it. The point is that some users have told me they are receiving up to 20-25 copies of the same email newsletter each week I send it. I have Xmail installed and Queue manager as well. I was wondering whether this problem might be caused in any way due to Queue manager. I have some test accounts in different free mail servers (hotmail...) where I also send the newsletter to test, and I only receive 1 copy every week, so I dont really know whether the problem is ours or not. thanks for your comments, J. |

| This is problem on clients side, well mail servers from which they collect mail. |

| >I was wondering whether this problem might be caused in any way due to Queue manager. It's just a tool. No influence on the mail flow. I know this phenomena from AV-Scanners with a builtin mail checker. E.g. Norton AV and McAfee Vscan produce multiple outgoing mail under certain circumstances. |

| OK, thanks, Latest news, looks like the bussines that manages the domains that receive repeated mails from our newsletter is the same. So now I am sure the error isnt in our server. thanks for the help. |
