Apologies for what must be elementary - I have 2 webmail accounts both of which look like X-mail clients - how can I get the mail from one account to the other - have exported the address book but can see no way to export messages and folders - many thanks

You mean XMail server, do you ?
Webmaiil is not part of Xmail, so it depends on which webmail frontend you use. If you have access to those servers file system, then just copy the plain message files form one mailbox to the other. -------------------- Bye,
