Yes sir exactly, directories are created but no mails in the that and when i ran the script byhand it was working fine without any error. I am able to copy the files manually in the directory. But still there are no mails in the directory.

Thanks and Regards,
Ajay Rathod.

One more thing I would like to say that there are directory created for all the users alphabetically ansl also there are all the dates but still there are no mails in any of the directory. What could be the reason? I think something is missing for the same. What could be that?

Try replacing this lne :

CODE

run=`cp "$File" "$Storage_path"`

with

CODE

cp "$File" "$Storage_path"

and rerun it by hand and see if any errors show up.

Good news..........,

It has started working. thank you for your support. But when i run the script by hand it showing error as "cp: cannot stat `': No such file or directory"
and i am getting the copy into archive directory. and I am not able to see the username of the some users in archive directory.

And one more thing i would like to ask that how could i see the actual mails through webmail. I am using Uebimiau Webmail or can i download the mails somewhere?

Regards,
Ajay Rathod.
